Shipping Policy

At Masnai, each piece is 3D-printed with care. This policy outlines our processing and delivery guidelines.

Processing Time

  • At present we aim to create your order within 3-5days from date purchased, before shipping to your home.

Shipping & Delivery

  •  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.  We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Royal Mail Delivery.  Current shipping costs are £3.99 whilst orders over £50 receive complimentary shipping.
  • We currently ship within the UK only.  We hope to introduce international shipping as we grow.
  • Delivery time frames are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking

  • When your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text message.

Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control (e.g. strikes or severe weather).

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at sam@masnai.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll work with the courier to investigate and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Masnai cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
