Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm and process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us first so we can confirm availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Your order number.
  2. The item(s) you’d like to return.
  3. The reason for the return (and photos if damaged/faulty).
