What materials do you use?
All pieces are 3D-printed in high-quality PLA. PLA is a plant-derived material, lightweight and durable, with a lower environmental impact than traditional plastics.
Some finishes have a stone or marble effect for a refined, natural look.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. PLA is made from renewable resources (such as corn starch), and our 3D printing process produces very little waste compared to traditional manufacturing.
Do the items look like real stone?
Yes. The Rock White finish has a textured and stone-like appearance while remaining lightweight and practical.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the UK. We hope to introduce International shipping as we grow.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

How long does it take to make my order?
At present we aim to create your order within 3-5days from date purchased, before shipping to your home.
How do I care for my Masnai purchases?
•We recommend that to maintain the finish of your purchase that you wipe clean gently with a damp cloth. Our products are not dishwasher safe and should be kept away from heat above 60°C. They are intended for Intended for decorative use only and are not suitable for food or use in a microwave.
